Marlene Street Community Resource Centre (MSCRC) is located at the Marlene Street family public housing development in St. Vital, Winnipeg.


Our Centre provides support and services to the housing development's residents, as well as individuals in the surrounding area. This includes adult and youth programming. We also offer weekly adult drop-in services including phone, fax and computer use.

Marlene Street Community Resource Centre (MSCRC) is open during Covid-19.

Please note the following updates:

  • All Centre visitors, including children over the age of 5, must wear a mask. Please use our hand sanitizer upon entry. If you are experiencing difficulties related to coping with COVID-19, PLEASE CALL OUR CENTRE PHONE NUMBER AND LEAVE A MESSAGE: 204-253-8994. We will listen to messages on a regular basis and try our best to respond to your needs!
  • Adult drop-in: The Centre is currently open for adult drop-in. We will accept up to 3 clients at a time who will maintain a distance of 2 metres apart. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLEASE CALL BEFORE VISITING US @ 204-253-8994.
  • Timings for Adult Drop-in: Please note new drop-in timings: Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
  • Adult & Youth Programming: The Centre is implementing changes to adult & youth programming. We will inform everyone of details in the future.
  • WINNIPEG HARVEST UPDATE: We will continue to run Harvest food bank at our Centre. Please contact Saima Siddiqui (Adult Program Coordinator) at Centre for details.
